Cloud and platform architecture
Designing AWS and Azure systems that are reliable, cost-conscious, and understandable to the people who will look after them.
Hi, I’m Hasham.
I’m a Sydney-based software engineer and pragmatic solutions architect. I enjoy untangling difficult systems, finding a sensible path forward, and helping people deliver with confidence.
Good to knowI’m open to short projects, longer collaborations, and useful conversations with founders and technology teams.
What I enjoy working on
I’m at my best when a problem is important, a little messy, and needs both technical depth and practical judgment.
Designing AWS and Azure systems that are reliable, cost-conscious, and understandable to the people who will look after them.
Helping older systems move forward without assuming everything needs a rewrite—or putting day-to-day delivery at risk.
Finding useful, responsible ways for AI to remove repetitive work or make an existing product better.
Working alongside founders and teams to make decisions, guide delivery, and keep the technical direction grounded.
Selected work
Some details have to stay private, but these snapshots show the kinds of systems, teams, and challenges I’ve been trusted with.
Implemented an event-driven AWS order-processing platform in an enterprise environment while contributing to business-critical systems supporting government and enterprise customers.
Held technical ownership across Precision’s enterprise applications and workflow platform, working directly with the CTO and business stakeholders.
Helped build the engineering capability from the ground up and led the work required to turn opportunities into deliverable international software projects.
How we could work together
I’m available for both, from a focused conversation through to longer contractual work.
A focused review of an architecture, delivery problem, or AI idea—with an honest view of what I would do next.
Hands-on architecture and engineering support for a modernization, integration, or cloud initiative.
Contractual technical leadership when a team needs continuity across architecture, delivery, and stakeholders.
